These terms are the agreement between you and PuchuKuchu. By creating an account you agree to them. They are written to be read, so please do.

Using PuchuKuchu

PuchuKuchu is a private space for two people. You can use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, with one partner you choose to pair with. You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age for this kind of agreement where you live).

Your account

Keep your sign-in details safe and give us accurate information. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has got in.

Be kind, and be lawful

Please do not use the app to harass, threaten or deceive your partner or anyone else, to share anything unlawful, or to upload content you do not have the right to share. Do not try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the app, or to reach data that is not yours.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules or puts other people at risk.

Your content

What you write, photograph and draw stays yours. You give us permission to store it, back it up and show it to your partner so the app can work. That is all the permission we need, and it ends when you delete the content or your account.

Your partner can see what you share with them. Please think about that before you share, and know that we cannot take back something your partner has already seen or saved.

Subscriptions and payments

PuchuKuchu offers a paid plan that covers you and your partner together. New couples get a free first month. After that the plan renews automatically at the price shown in the app, until you cancel.

• Payment is taken by Google Play, and the plan is managed in your Google Play subscriptions.
• To stop the renewal, cancel in Google Play at least a day before the plan renews. Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep access until the period you paid for ends.
• Refunds follow Google Play’s refund policy.
• If a plan lapses, nothing is deleted. Your things stay where they are, and you can subscribe again to open them.

Ending things, and changes

You can stop using the app at any time, and you can ask for your account to be deleted by emailing kuchupuchu.support@gmail.com. We may change or end features, and we will try to give notice of big changes. We may update these terms, and if the change is important we will tell you in the app. Using the app after that means you accept the new terms.

Things we cannot promise

We do our best to keep the app running and your memories safe, but the app is provided as it is, without promises that it will always be available or free of errors. Please keep your own copy of anything precious.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Nothing here limits any right you have by law that cannot be limited.
